Emack Slate Company specializes in providing high quality Bilco and Precision roof hatches of standard and custom sizes. These are available in a variety of materials that meet current codes. Fire vents and roof access design assistance is available upon request.

Safety rails for roof openings, as well as safety posts for roof access, are available.

 

Ladders/Access Stairs

Emack Slate represents Precision Ladders.  We offer aluminum, code compliant ladders, walk-overs and stairs for any custom or standard design need.   Precision's  Super Simplex Disappearing Stair System is engineered to meet any design specifications.

Pavers/Pedestals

West ile Ballast and Plaza Pavers are available in standard sizes and several colors and finishes. Bison Screw-Jack pedestal systems are available for any roof covering hardscape.
